I have TWO housing packages for sale. I do not have time to answer questions about what is inside. I will provide what details I can below.

The best offer posted in this thread by Sunday the 17th @ 6pm PST will win the respective housing package.

Winners will need to complete the transfer no later than the Monday the18th.

Villa with additional lockdowns a few screens away.
Lots of regs/pots/wands etc.
Includes a full rune library that I was selling for 1.1 mill each a while back.

Large Keep Located Below Ice Dungeon
Keep features some minor decorations, a full rune library with some dyed books, lots of carpet pieces etc.

I’m actually just about moved out of my home IRL completely. The wife and I have sold everything outside of some sentimental things off, and my pc (kept for video editing). We are going to stay with family for about a month to finish up selling our vehicles, and to do a few doctors apts. Then we will be headed to Thailand for a year or two so we can travel, eat, explore and reconnect with life. We will be sharing everything on our YouTube once we are over there. Yo that's dope! Make sure to go to Chiang Mai and find the vendor selling crispy pork roasted in earthen clay pots. It's straight up one of the best single bites of food I've ever had.

We had plans to be in Chiang Mai in February for the flower festival, and then a stay out in the jungle with the elephants for a few days. Unfortunately, I don't think we will make it. I'm sure this year the Flower Festival, followed by the Chinese Festival won't be what they normally are. I'll definitely look for that vendor when I do make it there though
