TL;DR: 350k SB 48/24 - go nuts. I've held on to this for a while with intentions to decorate it and do the "Best Decorated Large House 2016" sign some justice. That obviously didn't happen if you happen to have run by recently... or at any point in the past year. So I'm going to sell it and hopefully someone will pimp it out and get another sign. If that's possible. This is a great spot with no neighbors aside from the wandering healing that frequents the woods to the north and wanders down every so often to say hi. Additional benefits of this house are running to get away from PKs at the Cupid spawn. It has saved me more than once when I couldn't get a recall off. And there are frequently Leprechauns or Elves that spawn very nearby during a couple of the other events. I will make this auction 48/24 timer. 48 hours if only a single person bids 24 hours after the last bid if there are multiple people interested. I will accept Gold, HC, and Plat in the values of(in order of list) - Face Value, 4k per, 5k per. Payment must be at least 50% in Gold. I reserve the right to do whatever I want with this auction.
