WTS: Remote Fire Island Cabin w/ Rune Library + Consumables - 500k SB

WTS my remote fire island cabin, near the Humility shrine.

Comes decorated.

Highlights include:

1. Extremely low traffic - I will see 2 players a week on the journal. Usually it's just the guys doing their IDOC zone check.
2. Pet training out front - you can put your pets on the beach or in the boat and train them while your bard is safe inside
3. Low aggressive spawn - i leave my toons out front all the time and they never die
4. Recall mining setup
5. Event spawn on the peninsula

I am too lazy to clean up the house, so it includes:
