In theory there should be almost enough iron ingots to get from around 66 to 100 smithing skill, right? Debating with myself over buying 1 lot. A million is more than I wanted to spend, but I need a GM smith and mining is ssssslllllloooooooooooooooowwwwwwwww........
If you are going to start bidding with blacksmith, the lots are well worth 1 million. If you only need the iron and are hustling using the smith to pull BODs for selling, might not be.
@The Watch I bought 110k iron from @godbunny recently to GM smithing from mid 80's. I dont remember the exact number, I was at the minimum for tinkering/tailoring and 85 something to make pentagrams and shit. It took about 19k iron to GM from there. If you smelt back down everything you make, you will get back a lot. I had 5 chest stacked, made a macro to fill the 5 chests. Then a macro to smelt them and start over. Razor will smelt everything from the one macro. So you will be wise to grab them, as long as what @Gzus is saying doesn't apply. Unrelated, my miner is a different char. and all crafting skills on the smith. My miner is a battle miner. Good luck Cheers!
