    Here's your chance to own a lovely large tower in quiet(*) spot.

    You can fish from the roof. It's a short run from Justice Shrine. The run from Compassion or from Yew isn't that bad either.

    SB: 900k
    BI: 100k
    BO: 1.2m

    High bid has to stand unchallenged for 48hr if one bidder, 24hr if more than one.

    (*) Usually quiet. This Christmas an elf ranger kept spawning right outside the door. At least he brought gifts.

    High bid has to stand unchallenged for 24 hours _in order to win_. I'm sorry if that isn't clear in the language of the first post. But I think it's in line with auction norms on this forum.
