Like many of you, my holy grail of UO is to own a massive house. I’m aware demand far exceeds supply in the world so I’ve come to state my case in the hopes to convince one of you to part with a fortress. To make things worse, I’m looking for one on grass on the mainland. Using some strong willpower I’ve saved most of my gold over the years. I’ve done just about everything from buying/selling houses, farming mobs, holidays, and mining. All that’s left is whoring myself out. I now have more than I’ve seen forts sell for in recent years so I’m hopeful gold isn’t the blocker. If worthiness is something you value, I’ve tried to give back to the UOR community where possible. I help new players where I can from PS, I run the pricecheck bot on discord (love it or hate it), and even built some tools for bod’ing (see bodflip.com). As for what I’ll do with the fortress. It will be my primary house. I’ve lived in the PS town in medium houses most of the time. If you’ve run out of Skara, you’ve probably seen my large brick on the main road. The fortress isn’t going to be decked out with the best rares in the game, but it will be decorated tastefully and I’m looking forward to that challenge. I’ve been in contact with Labeler for quite some time now, so he’s aware of my hunt. Also, I just missed out on Ragnar’s sale since I didn’t see the post until after a day. The quest has ended.... ...but now the journey begins to fill it up. Much thanks to @Shiloh for parting with his Fortress. Couldn't ask for a better place and had a nice smooth transfer. Another big thanks to the community. I had many people reach out to to aid in the search and was hopeful after my initial post that something would eventually work out.
