WTS this large tower. Located outside dungeon Wrong, and right in the mix of the valentines day event. Next to mountains and 3 golem caves for mining. A few zooks are trackable from the house as well as spawning camps and a spawning mage tower. The tower will come nearly empty, with a few dusty pieces of furniture sitting around. Here are a few things I've enjoyed from this house: -Easy walk to Wrong, this is the closest tower to the entrance -Valentines day event takes place in your backyard -Easy mining in the area including 3 spawning golem caves. I GMed my blacksmith here and another miner. -Can track the spawning mage tower from this house - source of blood splatters and other nifty treasures -Quiet neighborhood with low spawn (exception is during the valentines day event) 800k Starting Bid 3 mil buyout 48 hour timer BI- please be somewhat reasonable. i only own 4 houses now , 2 of which are Guild houses we use what we buy i have seen towers go for 2 mill in bad locations , this is prime so why would i not b/o on a prime tower location my guild will use for sure . Enjoy
