Large Waterfront Tower for less than deed price and chicken blood

This is intended to go into the hands of a newer player but not be a total giveaway.

Cost of the tower will be a fixed 300k (gold only).

You'll be bidding in total chicken deaths (more like a contest than an auction). Player with 300k and the most chicken deaths by end date/time wins. Worse case if you don't win you'll have some feathers to sell.
