these pet spawn with most likely be turned back on in some way shape or form think it will take Telamon doing it tho , what i heard down the grape vine is they turned them all off cuz the ones that spawned in the AMIBS were being used to score better somehow so they were all turned off
the sneks and cave spiders came from the zook keeper quest , there are 2 hidden caves that they can spawn in and be tamed, but for now those caves will only spawn a silver serpent or a dread spider not these lovely beasts . while they were spawning i believe i got around 20 of them (maybe) so there are plenty around but people just like having something other than dragons or mares to play tamer with
