    Great spot just east of the Minoc mines. Holiday mob spawn 2 screens East.

    BI: 25k
    48/24 Time Limit
    Gold Only

    No, ended up trading in the deed. If you’re looking for a place to put an L-style the location might still be open. You would have to check.
