how much for the patio? I gotta go through all my characters and find out how much money i got. I left the game last time because my keep decayed and I lost everything. Gonna work on getting it all back up and running.
200k for the patio - it will take a tower when you can afford the deed. DM if you have anything else that might be trade worthy once you have gone through your characters
