Platinum is valued at 6k per. Seller may add/remove any house(s) as long as they have not been bid on. Seller reserves the right to refuse sale for reasons including, but not limited to; ettin attack, fire, flood,garden gnome theft, hell hounds in heat, invasive pests, jungle fever, killing of pet mongbats, or any other reason the seller deems fit. Bidder has the right to guess sellers favorite number between 1-100 for a 100k discount on the the Telescope House, 50k discount on the Stable House, and the ability to purchase the Buc's House for deed. Each new bid the bidder makes qualifies bidder for one favorite number discount guess. If seller's favorite number is guessed discount is applied after all bidding has ended. Offer discount only available to one bidder. Discount is non-transferable and valid for 14 days days after correct number has been guessed.
