Ultima Online has many fine aspects that I enjoy very much, none however come even close to measuring up to Ultima's finest gift to Sosarians, revenge. This tale is not one of personal revenge, which is possibly the sweetest of all, instead it is revenge of a shard wide level. About a month ago rumours began to spread around Sosaria about a vile fiend preying on the new players in Occlo dungeon. Apparently a "Drbigs" found it a fun hobby to lure drakes onto young players and kill/grief them. This lasted for about a week, causing untold damage to our new player population. I for one enjoy playing on populated shards, not one's that grief new players until they quit. I made a vow on that day to seek revenge on the new player griefer "Drbigs". Well today, bright and early in the morning, Drbigs was discovered farming blood elementals. I met the challenge by issuing a hearty "ALL KILL" command and proved my ELITE PVP prowess by then targeting Drbigs. This griefing scum was no match for 2 highly trained dragons and Drbigs quickly fell to my ELITE PVP skill (all kill). I must admit it was not easy for me to kill his unbonded dragons/mare. As a fellow tamer I felt very conflicted in making that decision however every action must have an equal reaction and the pain of the new players chided me on. So I am happy to announce today that revenge hast been dealt! I would also like to take this moment to encourage all fellow Sosarians who are true of heart to make this world what we want it. Such is this great sandbox that it is up to us to decide the community that we play in. Should we all fall victim to boredom and grief the newest and weakest of our tribe, or shun and kill those who disobey our standards of good behavior? If you see someone griefing, write their name down. Perhaps one day you can also seek revenge! P.S I just went through the loot I collected from this fiends corpse and found 2 little gems he probably took from a new player:
