I was under the impression a "bank house" was a house you could access your bank from. If this was a bank house in that sense, it would probably be worth what you are asking for it.

It's titled Yew Bank house because it's right behind Yew Bank, and it's absolutely worth every bit of the asking price. Your nitpick is noted and promptly disregarded.

Jack, I think your title is a little unclear. It sounds like you're selling two houses, but your screenshot seems to only indicate the sandstone. Just some helpful feedback on your efforts to sell a pricey property.

I just used a stock screen shot cause I figured anyone able to afford it would understand it's the sand stone and tower in the radar.

properties up in this area aren't worth this much. that's why there's plenty of vacancies all around your house. This particular spot was vacant for awhile before you placed here. The prime yew real estate lies between the bank and the moongate. Anything deviating from this suffers a severe drop in price. North of yew bank isn't really worth this much.

I just can't stand to see someone fall for this and pay 300k. There's a reason there's plenty of room around this property to place houses.

I decided just to lump the two houses together so whoever buys the tower really kind of gets the sandstone for free for whatever use they may want.

I didn't know the large tower was what he was selling. Anything north of it along the waterline isn't worth more than the deed.

To be honest, I don't understand why people do this to threads. His asking price is his price. Either bid on it or if you feel it is too much, simply don't. That is business.
I guess you could always pull the generous "I am just worried that noobeez will fall for this and loose all their riches" song and dance, as that's always comical.

Point being, I feel as though even if he was asking 100 mil for this, it is either worth that to you - leading to a bid/purchase, or is is not - leading to no bid/purchase. Regardless, I feel as though trashing a thread in any manner is disrespectful.

My neighbors are great guys too (Landar, Markos, Gids) This is a spot for a more hardcore and serious player than I am. You guys may have noticed I like to just dick around and kill time. I'm just a humble thief player, this property belongs to people who are going to be on their level.

Based on the traffic that passes by the large marbles directly in front of this place, I would say the price (in my stupid opinion) is under what I think the value of the house is worth. A small (a very small cube) sold for 7 million gold in a split second (the auction was up for like 20 seconds before buyout), half a screen in front of that tower. Not that my opinion matters, but I wouldn't sell the tower for less than 5 mil, let alone the sandstone too. Jack is either desperate, drunk, or in an all around good mood. Great deal. Free bump!

I placed that tower, Its been there as long as the placement would allow it. I sold it to Jack a couple months back. Never has the spot been vacant in the 2 years I have been here. There once was a large smithy that fell and several houses were there, I bought them all up and upgraded.

Ok, I never meant that the tower was a bad property. Quite the contrary actually. I thought he was just selling the sandstone behind the tower and trying to move it at 300k when you can literally place a villa right next to the sandstone as I type this for the deed cost. The Tower has tremendous value, however the sandstone behind it and all the other properties behind the tower aren't worth more than deed. If they were, there would be a villa next to the sandstone, and a house next to the villa, all up the shoreline. But there isn't and there hasn't been for awhile. Plenty of placement spots. When I said there was no market value for any houses outside the range of bank > moongate I wasn't including the 2 large marbles and the tower in that assessment. My fault for being vague.
