Serpent's Hold L shape is now off the market. Confirmation that it is grandfathered has led me to choose to keep it. This will never be placeable again due to housing changes. The other houses are still available.

Tabius ownes the l-shape still. I offered the 300k, he wanted more, ok I offered 350k. The deal was done at 350k. He let folks know here the place was potentially sold, you guys started yacking, i felt guilty and tol him 'd give him 360k. Today, I send a message letting him know i'll just give him 400k for it since it's a popular piece of real-estate. that is what i'm willing to pay now, have check in hand on a toon. Any of you want it more than I do, dig in your pockets cause i'm done.
