I've joined the shard recently and I thought I'd say hello. I played UO from around '97 to 2000 and I've always thought fondly of my time in Britannia. It was a real trip playing a computer RPG with so many other people. It was exciting and I also really loved the community aspect of the game. I don't know why I'm writing all this - you all probably know what I'm talking about! Anyway, I tried out a bunch of different shards the past couple weeks and I feel like Renaissance is the best fit for me. And if it isn't - I might just have to keep UO as a fond memory 'cuz I'm sick of trying out shards. Ha ha. I have two characters named Morlia and Enna so far. Say hello if you see me. I try to stay in character so if I'm all like "What is this IRC that you speak of?" please don't PK me for being a nerd.

I am sure Pork Fried Rice would even be willing to show you some safe, secluded, dark dungeon locations that are ideal for new players
Hiya alice. This shard is the best in both a gameplay/dev aspect as well as a community aspect. Theres a healthy number of people here that are really nice. For a Fellucia only shard, this one is as trammy as it gets. Welcome aboard and I hope you have a wonderful time.
