How many accounts do you have for this? I mean, I suppose I could stack up all my friends and own more than 15 also but ya know.......stop hoarding on your friends accounts. Sorry for being a blunt asshole about it but seriously, no one I know has ever seen your 'friends' around but you own like a billion homes here. Kinda shady but I suppose Telamon would know if there was foul play involved. For the sake of anyone else wondering, what the hell does "+10k for each unsold Tier 2 & Tier 3 House." mean? Are you expecting people to pay more gold for other things they don't want that you haven't sold? Please clarify.
Just as an example to everyone considering a bid... I bought a small tower DIRECTLY at the YEW moongate for 300k. This is the small tower directly to the west of the gate.
Portland well... there were 5 of us... then one guy started flaking out, and rarely ever gets on anymore... we started transferring houses away from him a long time ago... and the ones that we did not get from him have since fallen and life has gone on... then there were 4 of us... Corpus Christi then Mr. #4 started showing similar symptoms, but then recovered after a few months... he usually only logs in to macro (dunno why, but he does), but never actually plays... (#4 & #2 are brothers, having shared the same birthing canal...) Austin #3 is Infamous/Gucci/Crunk Juice/Masseykr, some may remember him from before the holiday/new year, as he won several events and likes to run his mouth. He plays more CoD right now, but still gets on from time to time. (I call him up and ask him to login and he probably will... then it is back to his other games...) Corpus Christi #2 is abox/in vino/chuck, birth canal brother to #4, and he plays in short 10-15 minute sessions throughout the day, sometimes up to 4+ days per week... San Antonio then there is me... Frenulum/Porkchop Samich/Stercus Tauri... I attempt to organize our properties to the best of my ability. We are currently out of "USABLE" house spots. I say usable, because as we may actually have spots to use, I do not consider them to be easy to access... We all played UO together long ago. We all went to high school together, long ago. We all went to college together, long ago. And at least #'s 1-3 still hangout at each others houses, as we are only a couple of hours away from each other. (although, #'s 2 & 4 visit more than any of us, as they live down the street from each other... ) I guess I could take and/or post pictures of all of us... but I reckon I simply didn't realize I would actually be questioned whether I had real, live, friends... ^^ this is very true. Frenulum helped me out when I first started up here in getting a small at the yew bank, which allowed me to place my villa. Thank you fren.
Not here to take offense... Ain't nobody got time for that!! heh.. as far as the pricing goes, we have lost and/or dropped all of the locations we deemed "caca"... leaving only the locations we think would still make good housing, but are definitely not the best of the best spots... having said that, I am sure these spots will get picked up if they are dropped, so we would like to sell them... We agreed that the Tier 3 spots would be great for some people just starting out, and could grow with them as they build up on the server. These are priced at near deed price. The logic behind it, as odd as it may seem, is not to make people pay for everyone else's, but to kinda cover everything in case some are not sold. I would guess, the person bidding on a GF'd/T1/T2 type house, would not really care about the T3 houses... Now, having said that... I would be open to deal on some of these locations... perhaps, some sort of refund/prorate/etc... if the lower tier houses sell after a higher tier house sells, if within a certain amount of time... not saying that is the best way to do it either... but the point is, I would be open to working something out. (basically, as I have told many people before, if the other 2 guys don't want to step in and help me out with this, then I am not going to worry much about taking a few liberties here and there...) To put it as simple as possible... ALL FOR THE CAUSE!!! You think of something that will assist in a win/win/win... let me know and lets get working towards it...
