So you want to make it so that recall is like 0.1% chance interrupt and uses no mana? You might as well just make pvp consent only.

Also, getting mana against a dexer in an arena is difficult enough already.

    No. No. No.

You do not need magery. Use a recall scroll with 0 magery. I'm not sure what the shown skill needs to be but I have a character recalling with 0 real magery. Besides, using a recall scroll is faster casting and wastes no reagents upon failure.

Currently, it's a trade-off that I enjoy. 100 skill points in another skill when you'd only want magery to recall. It's an easy choice for me.

Get yourself 20 magery and you'll be fine. Changing recall will only create more confusion for new players. Also, if you were going to change it, changing it to cost 40 mana and take as long to cast as 7th circle would be better. Why? Because travel is too easy and recall is already too fast. Higher casting requirements will slow how fast PKs will patrol the lands. I would know.

More simple: Remove Recall from the game.

No, I don't prefer being unable to recall but that isn't the case. I use recall scrolls!

Oh ho ho, I use recall and gate scrolls on even my characters with magery! Why carry so many items and why take longer to recall/gate I say!

I laughed a bit. Last time Mr. Pork Fried Rice lunged at me, he totally ran after my friend in a jolly circle around the hedgemaze while my dexxer proceeded to cast a gate. My friend then finished his circuit and exited through the gate. I stuck around just for fun and did end up dead. Oh well, lots of fun all around.

I was just sharing an anecdote describing how not all PK encounters are one sided or very well planned. I do play a dexxer without magery as well.

You could do what OSI did and make recall a 100% success when casted off a scroll (still takes a circle 4 mana cost). I don't know if I'd like that though I feel magery is nice to have on a dexxer honestly for the heal/cure supplement.

You are playing without magic reflection?! Sounds painful.

PFR musta been really off his game! No, it's not painful. The magic caster mobs on this server are going to kill you with or without reflect.
