4 swings on the only Valorite runic on the shard

Up for auction is 4 swings on the Valorite runic hammer currently in the possession of Blaise.

I originally owned 6 swings on the hammer due to me providing 2 of the required bods to Blaise free of charge. I have used 2 and am now selling my last 4.

The way this will work is, that you own the 4 swings on the hammer, BUT Blaise or Lesclaypool are the only 2 people who would be able to bang out any weapons you wanted made with it. I repeat, you will not physically be in possession of the hammer.

With that being said, I trust both Blaise and Lesclaypool completely. Neither would screw the new owner out of these 4 swings as I'm sure just about anyone who has been on this shard for longer than a month would also claim.

So, now that all the legal mumbo jumbo is out of the way let the bidding commence.

For what it's worth, I have no faction crafters at present. LesClaypool (the real one, not the 55 griefers ruining his name ) has one in Shadowlords and I will be putting Zorn in True Britannians here shortly.

If absolutely necessary I can join Dainese to CoM or Minax briefly, just for the crafting.

WORTH NOTING: YOU MUST CONTROL A TOWN IN ORDER TO CRAFT A BLESSED FACTION WEAPON FOR YOUR FACTION CHARACTER. DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU CAN GET A BLESSED VALORITE WEAPON WITHOUT CONTROLLING A TOWN FIRST. EACH BLESSED WEAPON COSTS 1000 SILVER TO BLESS AT THE TIME OF CRAFTING ONLY.

As the OP indicated, the hammer will absolutely under no circumstances leave the hands of either LesClaypool or myself for the purposes of this sale. When the crafting happens will be according to OUR availability and the availability of proper security (ie: a small team to stand guard). Any sign of foul play will immediately warrant a cancellation of the transaction which can be postponed as needed to assure everyone's safety.

I have a shadow hammer, but hardly know what to do with it.

We might post pics after, but no, there will be no information provided to outside parties regarding the timing or location of the crafting.

As for what using your runic hammer, that shadow hammer makes weapons that are equal to Force magic weapons. Runic weapons, when exceptionally crafted, get both the magic bonus displayed AND the GM +4 damage bonus. This is what makes Valorite so desirable. It effectively makes any GM weapon crafted with it, a +13 damage (Vanq is +9) weapon.

It is exactly three weeks from the time of crafting for the weapon to lose its blessing. If you leave it equipped or locked down in a house though, the status won't change until you actually equip/de-equip it.

I provided the large bod and I didnt get a single swing *feels a single tear carve a path down his cheek*

LOL, "provided" is a bit different than "sold".
Punt personally handed me two small BoDs for that set. I told him he effectively owns 6 swings on the resulting reward, so there it is.
