I lowered the price a bit, hard to know what things sell for these days, I see quite a few items sell for around 5 that aren't as cool, so I thought 8 would be a fair starting price. Feel free to take the 15 mil buyout so I can chonk away towards a MI fort

In Labeler's defense, I think he's just trying to break even from having to pay the plat equiv to win those in the raffle. It's been one of my most wanted forts, since they're fairly secluded. I did have my eyes on the herbio fort, but someone bought it up. And there's a good chance I"ll never have 50 mil lol. But I can dream lol. Disclaimer: Tman promised me one of those forts and Tela stole it from me to put in the raffle, so there's a certain level of spite desire there lol. It'll be tough earning that 50 mil since it's hard to sell stuff at a high price like it was a few years ago. The only thing I can see helping prices is for them to implement a condemned system, to where the house owner has to refresh. But I doubt that'll ever happen. So I'm stuck at that 50 mil mark.
