Might be able to fit a tower = keep = tower all bridged combo if you purchased the property to the west.

Yea it was kind of funny. I was out running zones and happened upon fek & crew after everything collapsed and houses were already up. Good job guys, wont happen again as I am running the majority of the map now.

you need a tower in between. You could definitely leave the fort there and replace the keep with a tower. Then you can bridge the fort to the tower.

Decisions. Decisions....That Lkeep would make a fine UOR retirement home.

I am intrested, before I bid I sent you a few questions.

How long do I have to pay if I buyout? (assuming a tower bridges... I'm clueless on this)

To resolve a number of questions:

#1. I'd prefer not to do trades because then I have to do more work selling those other items. Please make offers knowing you have the gold and/or plat available.

#2. I have had several private offers. I am not opposed to private offers so feel free to ask me questions and make offers. However, houses were just put out there so I might not accept if I feel this might get better action openly.

#3. I am not certain if you can mine from the roof. I don't do crafting or have a miner to check with.

#4. As with any house trade in this game, final trade will be done via the secure housing trade window. In the event of a package buyout a mutually agreed upon broker can be found. If you are concerned about the fact that this account has a single post, this one, feel free to use your right to not engage in the buying process. It is very clear that scamming via irc and forums is not permitted on UOR. I have no interest in scams and the terms of the auction are extremely clear. If they do not suit you, do not bid.

#5. For Bogugh - I would prefer immediately as I am unable, financially, to secure loans to other players. Sorry for any inconvenience that might cause. If we're talking about a few days to free some gold or turn items into gold/plat, that could probably be worked out, though.

#6. I am not sure if/where a tower will bridge but I believe it can be tested on test center or the dev server. Feel free to share your findings!

#7. I have never engaged in shill bidding and never will. I would encourage all bidders always exercise due diligence, as I do, and cease bidding when/if it appears that shill bidding is occurring against you. I have experienced this once before and I simply ceased my bids. Sure enough, the item went up for auction a second time, confirming my suspicions. Would I risk that on items like placed forts and keeps of this quality? No, I set the starting bid at my reserve - the value at which I am comfortable selling - and I set the buyout at a price that I consider fair.

A tower will bridge to a fort. Fuzzylogic had a tower-fort-tower at one time. To bridge the lkeep to the fort you'd need enough room to place a small or large tower in between.
