I moved to Napa from Atlantic somewhere in 1998, my main was Fencer named Victor who was dexxing it up before it was cool. Eventually I joined the Lost Soldiers of Darkness, a fairly large guild.
I played on Napa for a few years starting in mid 2000. Pulse of GUL. I spread a chapter of the guild to Catskills then in that time period as well. I didn't play many other characters there though and stuck primarily to Lich spawning grounds.
I was a big fan of GUL as well. I actually had a character in GUL named Andrew. I was a environmental-terrorist. I defended the woods and mines of Britannia from the excesses of modern industry!
Played Napa from 97/98 till 01 while I was stationed in the Mojave Desert... then came back in 05 for a month and found the UO I loved was all f'd up. Sardis and Artex were my mains... hung out with guys in my Army unit on Napa (tamer named Death, Burns and guy named Bob.. .we all had multiple Bobs). Three of us in my unit found we lived near some other gamers on Napa and met up with them in RL Gill and Kurt of Carson City NV. We always hung out in Minoc... I got pkd so many times in those damn mines.

I don't recognize any of your characters, but it seems we knew some of the same people. I knew Herschel well, although at first we hated each other and were constant rivals until about a year passed. At that point p16 came around and new blood joined in and these new pvpers were all kids rewdy for that AOS crap, and me and Herschel hated some of the same people basically. So we tolerated each other a lot better

I played on Napa 1998-2001: Rennigus MacBane, Gunnlaug, Pikklestout, Nathan Flynn. I adventured with Silvaar and Serentius Swift. I still remember the despicable Northern Gimp.
I played on Napa from 98-00 and was a member of SoS (Seers of Sacrifice). Funny I still remember that. Anyhow, I just joined UOR yesterday and trying to familiarize with this game again after a 14 year hiatus Part of the young player program still but already some fun memories have come back to me.
