Anyone know why my karma hasn't changed in months?

Went down from Illustrious or so to no karma title when I maxed my dex snooping. Months later and thousands of monsters killed it's still the same. Can't figure out why.

Type [profile go to options and unclick locked karma

Thanks @Smash. I too had no idea about this.

I got karma locked on one char as well, called a GM to aid me. At OSI, this is done at the shrines.

Much thanks for this thread, I've been to every shrine trying to unlock my Karma.
