Auction Question

    I'm relatively new to this server and have been checking the various auctions. I noticed people listing things like below:

    S/b 100k
    B/i 10k
    B/o 150k

    I'm assuming it means starting bid, bid increment and buy out price. Somebody please confirm or correct me. Also, assuming I am right and the buy out price is 150K in this example, does that mean that If I bid the 150K the auction ends and I bought the item or does the auctioncontinue? I just want to know all this before I start bidding on things.
