What all creatures produce barbed leather? Farming at Destard isnt fun..Get overweight to quick and its dangerous..
Fire Temple has a dragon spawn. Wind has a dragon spawn. Not sure what others there are, but try there. Also Ice Dungeon has white wyrm spawn.
Head to Fire Temple or Covetus, always cut the hides into leather and stack it on the ground rather than in your bag. You can gate the stuff out to your house/bank with a simple use gate macro. Wind does also make for some good farming but you won't be able to gate your leather out and can't recall into the spot either.
To do the gate trick, record a macro of yourself going through a moongate. Bind that macro to a hotkey in Razor. You can then open a gate to the bank, 'drag' or pick up your pile of leather, hit your gate macro hotkey, and drop the leather in your bank box on the other side. Loch Ness Monsters also provide barbed hides, but they aren't easily farmed.
Thanks guys! Ill head to covetous later tonight. I knew about the fire temple but I was trying to avoid the daemons. Anything spawn with them in covetous. Also thanks for the gate travel macro trick! I will be using that as well..
A couple drakes, giant serpent, snake, rat and giant rat spawn with the dargon in Covetous. At the fire temple the daemons should spawn on the roof and dragon downstairs so you don't really have to deal with them if you don't want.
