It seems there are a lot of different methods out there. Most of them are either broken or require a lot of manual effort to sort out matches. This one, UOBod, is the best. It's not pretty and there's a bit of a learning curve, but it's accurate and simple to input new info. Also, it has a decent manual and does a good job of matching smalls to larges.
