Bridged Fort and Large Tower on Grass

    Directly North of Minoc this fort was owned by a veteran named Markos since the beginning of time and has a secure CY. Bridged to a large tower, it also has a plaque on the front stating he had won the best large decorated house in years past and the front steps are blocked with xmas trees (which you are unable to do now). I bought this house for far more than I will get for it because I was excited about having a fort on grass finally but owning two forts is just stupid and I need moat money for when the CUB update is implemented in 2019. Plus I miss having an ethy.

    S/B 10 mil
    B/I 200k
    B/O 15 mil

    Will accept plat at 9k per as well

    Should have stated, auction ends 48 hours after last bid. Will accept only an ethy horse or nightmare as part of the transaction at the reg plat price but no blessed RBs or HCoins as I would just have to sell them anyway.. like I said the only reason I'm selling this place I worked so hard to get is to have the money for moat fun in the CUB update.

    What does the timeline for the auction look like?

    Are you accepting HC, Blessed RBs, or Ethys?

    I believe it'll be 2019 for moats... it could be 2021 not positive

    And as far as did anyone buy this? I did! And for a hell of a lot more than I'll get back for it lemme tell ya
