Would be cool to have bulk order deeds so people can sell bulk leather, ingots, regs, bottles, cloth etc instead of only being able to sell what people can carry in thier back pack. They can fit more on a vendor and people can buy more with less trips, then double click the deed in bank to claim the order.
I agree. During beta bulk order deeds where in place, not sure why staff decided to take them out. Might be a item super buggy or too Trammel . But they are nice. :}
Not really, bulk order deeds can be stolen, If i buy 500 ignots at most 50 can be stolen by the time I recalled to the bank and i'll just wait till later to buy more when no one is there. If I buy a bulk order deed of 10k ignots and a thief steals it, I lost was more then I would have if I lost 50 ignots from a thief or 500 if I got pked. Also buying bulk leather would be a pain if I can only carry 150 at a time to recall, so I just buy it from an NPC and gate it.
These are not Bulk Order Deeds, the item you are referencing is called a commodity deed. These were specifically removed from the server, and based on the last discussion we had about these items, we have no plans on adding them to the server. In their default form, you can move incredibly large amounts of resources around the world in the form of a deed, which weigh only 1 stone. Add into that, they are blessed. If by chance we did decide to add these, they would be severely altered from their original form. Outside of other obvious reasons, the main issue (for me, at least) with commodity deeds is that you can turn something like 60,000 ingots, which weighs 6000 stones, into 1 stone worth of weight, and simply walk off with it. http://uo.stratics.com/content/misc/com ... eeds.shtml http://www.uoguide.com/Commodity_Deed
