    I haven't checked today but yesterday there was a Elemental Ban +10 Might Longsword on my vendor Derry a few screens SW of Vesper bank (marble workshop just across the bridge a few houses to the SW).

    I'm sure they are being hoarded somewhere, it seems more and more slayers are popping up so its hard to believe none of this type has dropped yet
