Just curious how you wound up with this property. After the original tower fel, I placed and loaned the villa to several people. Just FYI, this is a Tower spot. The placement is grandfathered so it won't go unless Telamon places it or changes the rules. It may be worth asking him. Seriously though, how did you end up with this spot?
I did not know this house was grandfathered. I bought this place off of Timbo Slice but ant seen em to sell back. Auction is canceled - did not know this was grandfathered.
Two options I know of: 1) Grandfathered = Can't be deeded and replaced to due changes in the placement rules MANY patches ago. 2) Grandfathered = Can also mean that placement was made impossible by Staff on purpose when guardzones etc where changed. But why is that important in this auction? It's only a problem, when you try to redeed and place a tower. And Bart already mentioned that one can ask Telamon. No idea if this works though. Would be pretty mean to grant that someone, while denying it to someone else.
A tower will not fit today. The best I have placed there is a Large Marble or a Large Smith. I bought the place years ago and tried all sorts of upgrades, INCLUDING begging Telamon to let a tower be replaced. NO DICE. I eventually sold it... or maybe I dropped it, I forget which. Good Luck to the new owner. Trinsic has been a highly underutilized city... It has to be ripe for growth by now
