Install UO Launcher from here http://uorenaissance.com/downloads/launcher/UORLauncherSetup.exe and that will give you the best experience. Use the ClassicUO client or if you want to be more old school use the standard client instead. I'm old so I like the ClassicUO zoom so I can see those pixels made for 800x600 screens back in the old days!
