Christmas Reward Shop 2018

Following the success of this year's Halloween event and the awesome new spooky rares Telamon delivered to us we now approach the most wonderful time of the year..

All I want for Christmas on UOR is... (fill in the blank!)

Maybe this could be the year of the glacial sandals?

Frozen waterfalls since waterfalls are the new thing

I love the ideas of introducing new items in the reward shop that can also be a good gold/plat/HC sink.

Couple ideas for the reward shop(which idea should be expanded to the plat reward shop):

1) A consumable item that doubles you chance at the rare drops in the xmas instances. So instead of a 1/400 chance at a flaming spear from a knight, you get a 1/200 chance. Still hella rare, but at least we MIGHT see one a year or something. Could be a great HC sink for us that are trying to farm the better rares out there. Or instead of a 1/200 chance at that cool bad santa naught list rare, it could be 1/100.

2) A consumable item that gives the chests in a xmas instance or level 7 tmap instance a 50/50 chance at two rares. So your run in the Frozen Fortress, you could get a chest AND a chair. Or a snowman and a wreath... etc.

I've run over 60+ scrolls this past year.. and its pretty shocking the paltry drop chances on some of the cool rares. I feel like a way to increase those odds WHILE introducing a huge HC/Plat/Gold sink would be a very great thing. It would encourage more play time for all the PvEs(more PvP/PK targets) as they farm gold for better chances at some cool deco items, while also getting rid of the exorbitant amount of plat and HC out there.

I would like provo onto players

...oh, and glacial stalves.

The white witch drops a glacial staff. Although its a 1/400 drop chance.. So it might be a couple years till we see one.

Unless, *cough*, we really like my consumable idea above.

He's wanted provo to players for years now! Give this sweet boy what he wants!

+1 for Glacial Sandals, but they'd have to be super rare like 1/800 1/1000 chance.

All I want for Christmas is

"Santa's Naughty Whip"

I want an Elf follower. It should be a bad-ass hireling dude that follows you around and kicks ass. I want to dress up like Santa, and drag around a few elves to do my bidding.

These elves can have loyalty like a pet would and require to be paid in Holiday Coins, otherwise they mutiny and turn on you.

Also I would like a chance if you skin Rudolph you have a chance of getting his red nose which could be used as a light source
