[CLOSED] Auction: Secluded, Large Keep on Grass, with Surrounding Village

So I hesitate to put this up for auction, as I have really enjoyed developing the property, but I doubt I'll have the time to decorate this village, or put it to the use it deserves anytime soon. Consequently, I am putting up for auction my secluded Large Keep, as well as the village (2 Small Towers, 1 Sandstone, 1 Small) that surrounds it. Here is a map of the village (the L Keep doesn't show up in UOAM because, as I understand it, the building is shard specific; see pictures of the individual buildings below):



The complex is on the coast, right across from Bald Island, south of the Southern Jungle. While it is bordered on the north by the jungle, all of the buildings are, themselves, on grass. The spawn is almost nonexistent. During the overwhelming majority of the times I have been there, there has been nothing in the village itself.

Living on the coast, south of the jungle, is quite advantageous. Due the jungle which stretches far to the north, and its accompanying nuisance spawn and pathfinding difficulty, you will see few other players. And, yet, due to the fact that you live on the grass along the coast, you won't actually have to deal with the jungle spawn yourself.

I do realize that the starting bid is high relative to some of the other keeps that have been auctioned lately. This is because (a) This keep is better ; (b) You are purchasing the complex, rather than just a keep; and (c) The only reason I'm even thinking about selling is due to the fact that I live in constant fear of missing a house during my refresh-runs. The deed value of the property alone is 1,117,700 gold. As I have developed the property and walked around, I have always imagined a guild fitting nicely here. If there is no interest, I will hang onto the village for a while, and see if I get the time to deco it and properly put the property to use, as it deserves.

@Air: Aye. My favourite bit about owning this property was seeing what would fit where. I'd never gotten the chance to develop a piece of land this large before. I'm sure the new owner could fiddle with it a bit, but I settled on this setup.
