The plot was empty for at least 2 months after I built the library. I thought about putting a placeholder there for some future project, but would have been hypocritical of me (I hate placeholder houses!) If you look to the south, there's a villa I sold for like 40k above deed, and a 2-story I gave away for deed to the same player. I'm trying to get Cove to take off as the hot new spot on UOR, but it ain't easy
