If you're using the latest version of razor you can type -hue and target the item (-info also works). You can also use a deco tool, an identifier (crafted item by tinkers) or click on the Display/Counters tab in razor, then Add, then Target the item you want to find the hue of and the hue # will appear where it says Color

Me too. They cost 10001gp but they're blessed, so you can't lose them as long as they're in your top level backpack (not in a secondary bag)

Additionally a tinker can make an identifying tool that you can find on player vendors for like 500gp

As AC mentioned, the below method should work for all versions of Razor, the "-hue" command is only available on the newer ones.

    - Open up Razor
    - Display/Counters Tab
    - Click the "Add" button
    - On the new box, select "Target"
    - This will prompt your cursor ingame to select something, select the item you want to get the hue of
    - Check the Razor box, the "Color (Any -1)" box should be populated with the hue of your selected item
