Over the last few nights the connection for a variety of our players has been interrupted. Over the last few weeks we have noticed problems with several access points for the Level3 network which our host is now part of. Issues such as packet loss at interconnection points and abnormally high pings in some areas for players. We are investigating these issues and currently working with the host to determine the cause. We are also speaking to our host to determine if these are short term problems or if this is just the new normal for their new datacenter We are also in the process of exploring other options for DDOS protected hosting on a better quality network if we do not see immediately improvement in our network quality.
