    You notice somebody knocking at your door and leaving a letter behind.


    "Dear Citizens,

    I would like to schedule a council meeting to discuss a few things in and around Stormhold.
    Unfortunately i haven't been able to contact a single council member within the last 2 weeks (both in game as well as on IRC)

    Please let me know about your whereabouts and possible dates for a meeting.

    Methinks we should hold free elections to oust the current lay-about council. . .
