Dumb question of the day (Discordance)

    I keep seeing posts about Discordance in the forums. I have used it on other servers and found it quite handy.
    However... I have the client from the UO Renaissance download page and I don't have Discordance in my skills lists in the game. I see it in Razors skills list, but that also has all the other skills not on UO Ren as well.

    What am I missing here?

    I had a feeling that would be the case. Didn't want to waste time learning a skill that was a musical version of herding for monsters.
    Now I know better. :)
