    Auction is for all the buildings inside the red smiley face. This includes 3 large towers and 2 log cabins.

    Total Deed Value = 1,518,600

    Bidding starts at Deeds + 50k
    Minimum bid increments: 10k
    Closes when a valid bid stand unchallenged for 48 hours
    NO RESERVE!

    One of these glorious towers hosted the Renaissance Spring Faire and I am hoping a guild takes this location over and brings some much needed activity to the upscale East Britain neighborhood.

    Great for RP as well as fight night events.

    Logs can be replaced with small towers and bridged to the large towers.

    Alas that is not the case.

    Each log can be turned into a small tower and attached to the large tower next to it but it is unfortunately not possible to bridge more than 2 buildings in the grove.
