    Platinum (6k) and trades considered

    One of the closest houses to East Britain Bank, great for a vendor or rune library or just a plain ol' useful spot to live.

    7x7 is included as it prevents other houses from being placed in the area, and you could do something near like make it a small tower and ladder-connect the two.
