Error[Mega Cliloc] : StringId Not Found : 300035

i am literally taking this error on one of my accounts. I can log in to others without a problem. For some reason i am unable to log in to this one.

Help !

Strange that it is only the one account. The only thing I can think of is its a desktop issue.

As much as it sucks, delete the associated "desktop" folder for that account located in the UO install directory. C:\UO\Desktop

Are you using the Renaissance client? I don't see an entry for 300035 in the cliloc

Generic response for this issue is to reinstall.

i just tried that and windows defender found trojan in renaissance installer things getting weirder

the trojan found on the file called " UO renaissance pc package " one we downloaded directly from website, intresting thing is i haven't found it before. i reinstall uor 2 times before and today once more. now on my fourth attempt it has been found dunno what's goin on.

maybe my computer already infected will see about 3-4 hours not sure what happend

Try UOFiddler...not sure if it's legal or not.

well scanned my computer find few threads after the deleting them downloaded uor pc package again it's clean. I think problem is about the account no idea how or what maybe moving character by force might solve it. No other choice but wait Telamon from now on

I believe that is the message you get when your account is banned/suspended.

don't see any reason for that to happen
