That are all questions I asked myself a few weeks ago when I started out on UOR! As soon as I am more into the game and especially the Lost Lands I will write a guide covering all possible entrances to the lost lands and other questions related.
Just to add on to this, you can recall into any of the Lost Land dungeons from Britannia (so you can freely recall into Terrathan Keep from Ocllo, for instance). The exception is Khaldun, you cannot recall or gate into Khaldun from anywhere.
Interesting! Can't try it right now, but looking forward to an answer. Although I fear that this isn't possible because that way the Lost Lands are only two recalls away. No need to use the entrances anymore.
I am pretty sure you cannot. The T2A dungeons are technically in the same region as all the other dungeons which is why you can recall to them from Britannia but not T2A.
You're speaking of the fire dungeon which does indeed have an entrance from Serpent's Hold. There is also the Britannia Sewers that lead to the lost lands, but beware of ROUS's.
Yeah there are a couple dungeons that you can get to T2A by walking through them (Fire, Ice, the Brit Sewers, Delucia Passage off the top of my head), but you cannot recall into T2A from within these dungeons. Only recall to and from Britannia from within them.
