General housing question

Hi there UOR!

I'm new here and am having trouble finding some information.

What is the housing situation like? Is it possible to still place your own or is it necessary to buy from other players?

I read a thread about certain areas being marked for housing but that thread just ends without any further information.

If anyone can help me or point me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm just starting out, saving up some pennies for a house so I can start Macroing proper.

Thank you One! That is good news. I've seen a few spots here and there that look like they could work for a small.

You can place villas and smaller all over any thing larger up to a large tower still could be placed but it's allot harder, anything larger won't happen unless there is an idoc and you got super lucky

There are plenty of spots left to place houses. There are also plenty of houses that are falling as well. Small towers are awesome and there are plenty of spots for them. There are also lots of Villa and log cabin spots that are either open or become open over time due to folks letting their house fall. There don't seem to be as many housing wars over log cabin or villa spots as their are for large tower's or higher. You will absolutely be able to find a place to put a house without having to buy it from a player for the medium and lower end houses.

There are no places for large bricks. Anything larger then 11x11 is going to be extremely hard.

Your wrong, definitely are spots, they are just very hard to find

A lot of people even sell houses at deed cost on the trade forum!

You could also consider joining a guild. Our guild PS is all about helping new players and we have starter homes avaliable to get you macroing.

Are you allowed to place them in the lost lands or something? Ive scoured every blank spot on the map and I havent found anything. I never owned a large brick so its been my dream. Been carrying around the deed for months.

Just like a week ago I placed 2 towers and a large patio, sold a tower, gave the other 2 away at deed. Spots aren't always easy to see and some styles of houses are very tricky to get them to place, esp if it's a tight spot

If I felt so dedicated I could probably find a spot somewhere for a large brick over a 2 week period, houses fall, people move every day. Just have to be actively looking around.

Just for fun when I got home about 10 mins ago I went for a run around and already placed a large patio I'll upload the pic in a min
