As the title suggests, getting back into the game. Havent plaed in over 10 years, excited to join the community. Just some questions. Firstly, anything unique I should know about this shard, such as community to do or not to dos? And what are the player populated areas?
Welcome!!! I'm new too with loads of old OSI UO experience. This server is extremely dedicated to this era's feel and economy it seems. One thing I really love about this server is their not afraid to make good changes. For example with GM item ID you can ID a whole container of magical items. I'm just super impressed with server and the ways its ran in general. I also donate b/c server is so great I feel like I'm stealing. There are no pay shops either. So can't wait to meet you in game and hope you enjoy it here as well!!!

Welcome to our world. Unique things, well. First we have a great community which supports each others efforts. Can just read some of the threads, one player is hosting a Fishing Tourny soon, look under player run events and you can see how supportive the community is. another is starting a library. Again, lot of people, donating, helping out with that. Oh yes, owners and staff are extremely serious about "no pay to win" anything. You can't sell in game stuff for real money, if caught, believe it is ban time, big time. Also, might want to check out the guides here on forums, all written by players. Plus we have many player run towns (not static, they build their own) with rune library s open to the public and new player housing. Combine all that, I feel makes our community very unque. Other things, look on forums threads, believe we have special TMaps ( I don't do them myself) which opens up special dungeons. Also, be aware: We do have pkers and thieves.
