I'm going to see where this goes. What I have here is the perfect setup for a small guild, or any guild for that matter. Two towers side by side, with four small towers directly adjacent, and your very own personal mine...and right next to Hyloth. As shown in one of the pictures, you even have parking for your ships directly next to the West tower. I have tried to bridge the two towers with the small tower in between, however I was told that the East tower needed to be moved 1 tile closer...I make no claims as to the truth of this, but I have seen such bridging done here in the past. The small tower on the East should be no problem either. Once again, I make no definite claims for the bridging. Those interested may PM me if they wish to remain anonymous. Absolutely worth the money in this compound. This place has it all, ton's of storage, water front, dungeon adjacent, wood collecting, spine leather collecting, and your own PERSONAL MINE. What a great place for a guild, completing bod's, fishing, the list goes on and on.
I have tried my hand at that before, and it didn't go well. I do have a BUNCH of ladders that I will give too, if someone was interested. If your a new guild starting out and don't have the cash for this great opportunity, for the buyout price, I will finance with no interest, and show you exactly how you can make that kind of money very quickly..
you would have to drop that small tower that is between them, then move one or both towers closer to each other.... The wings are 4 tiles, So you would end up with only 8 tiles inbetween each tower. When you place the tower, you want its wing edge to line up on top of the other tower's wing edge THEN you can place ladder(s) to bridge them
Lowering this to the 4 million b/o. The mine alone has made more for me in 2 months that the buyout price I am asking for. You're getting that right at your doorstep, and not only 1, but 2 freeking large towers side by side mind you, and 4 small towers directly adjacent. This is fkn perfect for a RP bunch of PK's, or a small guild wanting to control their territory. I am throwing in a shit ton of ladders and I will even toss in 250 gargoyle pick axes for the mine. I would really like to see someone take this over, and use it to even half it's potential.
