If a post is made in your guilds forums that is inappropriate make sure to do the following. Do not respond with equally aggressive, insulting or inflammatory posts. Do report the thread for the moderators to review. Do not report threads that are not in your guilds forum for review as these will be ignored. Do be very clear about the reason for the report, and direct the guildmaster to contact the moderator as well.
