Upon being notified of winning the award the Bloated Zombie simply had this to say "Braiiiinnnssss". Never off the clock this one! Death Dealer Award - Perseus with 49 Boss Kills This award is given to the player who excelled at going toe to toe with the Night of Horrors Bosses. By round 16 the Bosses had begun to run from Perseus as they feared for their undead lives. Full of Holes Award - Perseus with 126 Deaths by Boss This award is given to the player who showed no fear when rushing into combat with the fearsome bosses during the night of horrors event. Taking a sword to the gut is a small price to pay for glory for this one! Challenge Point Award - Aviendha with 708 Points This award is given to the player who scored the most points through all 16 rounds of the Night of Horrors Event. Many weapons were dulled by this one in the quest to defeat the undead hoards! Hard Work Award - Valentine with 242 Points in 15 Rounds This award goes to the player who never gave up trying. Participating in 15 of the 16 rounds and scoring 242 points. A valiant effort which I am sure resulted in several sleepless nights and awkward explanations to friends and family as to why you are yelling at your computer about zombies at 4am on a Tuesday. Jailbreak Award - SnapDragon This award is given to the first person to escape from the event arena during the Night of Horrors Event. Not only did this player managed to escape from the event, she managed to find a banker I had left roaming outside the event area. Honorable Mention Awards How The Hell Award - Caramon Majere - Round 15 Event Winner This award is given to the player, that received the most comments of "Wtf how did he manage to win a round", when the scoreboards were posted. Apparently being Renaissance's #1 Troll still allows him enough time to practice his combat skills. All of the players listed have been awarded profile achievements to reflect their various rewards. (as shown here) Thanks to everyone who helped make Halloween 2013 a huge success. Special thanks goes out to all the players that helped me test the event. Thanks to Upgrayed and Gideon Jura who donated over 20 hours each of their personal time to assist with decorating the event arena. First death in the arena room goes to ID Wand, 2 horses had her way with her. I should have stuck to one character, I won 3x with Gila Tequila, Alonius and Ormulfr.

Would have made all 16 but one was a surprise event not announced on the forums. I would have made that too but I was passed out from UO all nighting. Indeed the GF was not pleased with me during those two week, but priorities must be set! Many thanks to the staff for continuing to provide an amazing and fun environment and for the player base that makes this environment all the better. 3 cheers for UO:R, the staff and us players!
Hahaha, quite appropriate for Caramon Majere, having won that event without any proper razor configs, no restock agents or hotkeys until well into the event. I set myself a bandage self key about halfway through. My thanks to LesClaypool for handing me the winning axe.
Congrats sirs! Now that it's all over, was there some secret to getting silver weapons? I was usually doing alright in score up until after the vampires and then several people would rocket way ahead of me.
There was some in the provisioners shop and music building. Sometimes they wouldn't open though, I'm sure there was another location.
There were 14 secret areas throughout the event, and they randomly opened on each play through. This added a bit of variety and to a degree prevented players from mastering the event since they had to look in a variety of places to find the supplies they needed to do well.
Wow. Awesome, I like how you added additional commentary to the rewards / the players receiving them, You dedicated alot of hard work and time to making that event happen, and then spent the time obviously monitoring it! Great example of excellent work ethic and selfless dedication to something you love! Thank you Telamon , The Event was extremely fun !
Some folks seemed consistently good at finding the Silvers (Sir Orrin!). Myself, I was happy that by about the 5th run, I consistently knew where the exceptional axes were. Congrats to the award-winners!
Yea, this was an amazing event. You know its good when players are warping their daily schedules around the event times. Great job, and hope you guys do more of these types of 'instanced' events in the future!
