Searched T2a for a couple hours tonight, saw one flying monkey but it said it cant be tamed. Other than that no quest animals. For a total of probably 6 hours in the last week I have only got the crimson drake. Been searching everywhere, where are you guys finding the quest animals?
Pick an area where the animal is likely to spawn and kill animals and wait for the respawn like Xegugg suggested. I think it's best to kill all of the animal type that you're shopping for in an area and then come back in an hour or two and repeat the process until you find the animal you want. Also, having a group of people is pretty much necessary for this type of thing. There are 10 spots in the quest, so find around that many like-minded tamers and pool your animals. It makes things much easier.
