I'd like to do something nice for Zyler

Dude does a lot for the server with fishing tourneys, secret santa, resist seshs from time to time, and other things I'm sure he never gets a thank you for or recognition.


So what I'm proposing is to see if we can have 100 players donate 10 plat each and get zyler a char plat statue for his fishing fort!


Any chance that any of you guys would be interested?

Thanks guys, a lot of my ideas tend to derail and go no where, but it'd make me feel good to get this accomplished. Zyler is my buddy and I believe he deserves it

Perhaps Chris could custom make a Fisher king statue ,if you get the reference,if not,google it.

Any chance we can directly give you the plat til we reach goal? Since it's a massive player initiative, if you wanted to tweak the statue or add a nicety to it as well, that'd be cool.

Maybe a task for our new GM @Treasureman ? It ensures a certain level of trust too,meaning more people willing to give and perhaps give more. I support this addition to your original idea!!

Thats the only thing i think would work other than maybe getting treasureman involved,i spoke to him briefly when he became a GM and he said a large part of his duties would be to help telamon/chris with player events and forum things and such. So chris can focus more on development etc. this might also be a great fit for @Treasureman To flex his GM muscles

Im gonna say again,i think youre right that the issue of trust is what could scuttle this idea..hence why i tagged treasureman twice. Awesome chance for him to flex his new GM muscles and do it for a cause that more than half the shard are behind!

and it leaves chris free to work on christmas stuff and other projects
