The BOD system for smiths and tailors is great but how about using the reward system the shard already has in place, to reward other crafters? example, a carpenter/tinker/inscriber/ could turn in some their work to a vendor, with a high chance of gaining copper, and a rare chance of getting a platinum.
Some of the reward ideas could be furniture dye tubs and being able to craft higher end stuff. Small statues and such could be crafted or rewards
